Steed malbranqueWho was that other little shit at Fulham who wouldn't sign for us.think he was French ?
I think this will happen, but I think we'll push it close. Thinking about it logically, if the move falls through and Sanchez has to return to Arsenal, they then have a very unhappy player who will be leaving on a free transfer next summer. So not only do they have to put up with someone doesn't want to be there creating an atmosphere in the dressing room, but they miss out on a sizeable transfer fee.
I just hope we don't try to be too clever negotiating the fee. At this stage let's just get the deal done. If he had say 3 years on his contract the fee would be significantly more than what we pay now.

We're just really messing around with Arsenal now. They know we want Alexis and we'll pay for him, but they won't get the money to make a replacement in that time. Given how their board is, they'll sign fuck all with whatever the dumbfcks have!
What are you doing, Txiki ?
I think you're probably correct.I think this deal is completely done but we are holding back the announcement to give Arsenal as much time as possible to sign a replacement. Pep wants good relationship with Arsenal that is why imo sanchez hasnt forced the move, This is guesswork before anyone asks.
We've only been saying that for the past couple of months and now they treat it like breaking fucking news.

It was never about winning stuff. It was proper football just going with the lads home and away. It's not as much fun now, it's all very serious.Ah the good old days of Barry Conlon....we have come a long way since then...but got to admit watching us then I couldn't ever have imagined us ever winning fuck all again but still loved going home and away.
That's the thing. Arsenal aren't a football club, they are a business and they will take the money! If we don't get Sanchez, Arsenal have lost £70M it's that simple......he's ours.
