to attract those established players we need to put silly money down as Paris, Munich Barca etc are still more attractive options and as someone said, they are now our opponents in terms of transfers....and we are not close to them (yet)

I think you have to say fair play to them if they sell to PSG for £35m instead of City for £50m+. Selling him to a rival is a no go for their fans and they've shown some backbone over the financials for once.

that's the case since football started. We can't do it in the summer when we need to rebuild half of the team, particularly almost full defence.

maybe we did what I've said above that we needed to do..s.imply offer more money than bayern....like I'm saying that is the way to get these type of players

at the same time you cannot compare KDB (where he was when we bought him) to Neymar and Sanchez (i.e. one of the best 3 players int eh world and one of the top player int he prem)

not denying that......but then i question the decision to go for him in the first place....it was clear and obvious that arsenal would never want to sell to us (though lots on her said the board would decide - seems the arse board and club were a lot stronger than we anticipated)

I just hope Sanchez (as TH says) remains strong.....surely he could force a move..he cannot be sold to a team against his will can he?????
