This is a done deal for sure. Sanchez will most definitely be our player come midnight. The deal was always gonna drag on as its deadline day for Christ sake! We're gonna be awwwsommme!!!

I know he's notkicked up enough shit to get out of the Arsenal nuthouse, if he had we would have heard about it, i'v said from day 1 this will not happen, he's not commited enough
Only City will push this through by offering west of 75million

You've considered the very real possibility that Pep and our owners may have asked Sanchez not to kick up a public stink, of course? Given that our owners use City to promote the UAE and hate negatively publicity, and then add in the relish with which the media loves to try and tarnish our reputation, and I'd say City having told Sanchez not to go down the route of transfer requests and strikes is a very likely eventuality

It seems pretty clear that all this bluster and noise is pure PR stage management on Arsenals part, so they can still perpetrate the illusion of bring a big club to their fan base.
We've been talking to them aboit Sanchez for most if the summer, so clearly we know what they're willing to accept.
This Lemar bid stinks of bullshit, as does them turning down our 2nd bid and saying 'no sale'.
We'll bid again - at the price we agreed on during our negotiations with them - and bingo. They'll miraculously accept, having looked like they fought it to the end.
Pure media bullshit, to get around the fact they're a selling club, who have no intention if investing in their team.

It looks like Arsenal have no intention of buying a replacement for Sanchez and just want money. Maybe we just let them stew because if it falls through there will be a lot of recriminations at Arsenal

Wind your neck in you blert.

Arsenal are clearly most culpable in this, but we could've forced their hand more in conjunction with the player, knowing they were going to play hard ball and try to save face.

If Sanchez is so desperate to come here he should've done a Coutinho/Dembele.

And how did that work out for coutinho remind me? Is he a Barcelona player? No. He's still stuck at fucking Liverpool.

They obviously maintained a complete refusal to discuss the transfer despite the player wanting to leave until this week.

Why are people like you always so desperate to blame City?

"My transfer was nice and easy to another cartel club."

"It couldn't have gone any smoother."

My conclusion too.

A penny for Sanchez' thoughts.

If Arsenal pull this shit this late, can't imagine he'd even want to return from South America.

Patience.

'Not enough time' is not very convincing, is it?
It's more probable Lemar doesn't want to join Arsenal and missing CL.
BUT: the situation about Arsenal and Alexis hasn't changed.
You cannot turn back the clock there.

I think it's just another poor bluff. The board want the money.

Ah well, no time for Lemar but....
