I got accused on the caf of making it up that i'd seen more red shirts out and about in the past 2 weeks than I'd seen in the past 3 years...

I didn't actually realise how bad their squad is. It's devoid of any real quality. Bailly and Jones are rubbish, Valencia was good but is finished and Darmian is awful.

Their midfield is poor, Herrera and Matic do the same job, and the forwards lack that ruthlessness.

They won't make top four.

They're a peg spoiler team, they will get top 4 easily. Peg will take a few points off big teams because he will park the bus and get a few good breaks on the counter. How many shit teams have beat us with these tactics throughout the years? Awful to watch but peg won't care. That's why he only last 3 years because he steals points by countering other teams and that doesn't work when the team you're coaching feels superior to others.

Oh. Would say the best teams in the world would lose to the likes of Stoke away. It's a tough horrible ground to go to, Stoke have some class players and are a tight unit.

Yep. He does have his critics though & not all of the rags are happy with him. Brother in law is a rag(seasoncard holder) he can't stand the ****. Its his type of football he dislikes aswel as his arrogance.

Try watching his post games interviews without the sound. Smiling "lounge lizard" visage after a win and a snarling wild eyed one after a draw/loss. Let's hope we see more of the latter.
