Aguero injured after a car accident in the Netherlands

Normally it's the officials fucking is up before a big game...

Mendy and aguero are huge loses to the team. At least aguero will be back soon. Thank Fuck it was not worse

We certainly seem cursed. Chelsea last season hardly had any injuries along with Leicester the year before when they won the league. You certainly need luck regarding injuries which goes along way in winning trophies. Us and Arsenal always seem to have more crocks than most although we always get injuries to our most important players

Thank god he's ok, could have been much worse.
We'll cope, other players will have to step up in his absence

Why? He would have been back in training today? It would also have to have been pre-arranged with the club.

Not sure about JFE but certainly I agree we need a quality CD , CM , FB and striker ( preferably a tall one with a good head on his shoulders ) over what we currently have.

Once we have that I am confident that we have the depth and quality to cover for the inevitable injuries and suspensions we will get with this week being a classic case in point.
 
Mad to think how unlucky he was on his day off and in a car crash. Hopefully its not too bad. If we are looking at it might not be a long term injury. I dont think he would miss too many games but he is in such a great purple patch for the club he will be missed. So we will have to see how well Jesus does in this time Aguero is out.
 
Has broken ribs been confirmed or could this be bad bruising?

The 2 month thing at the moment is made up bollocks. Its spread like wildfire.

UPDATE: Sergio Aguero
Sergio Aguero will be assessed by Club doctors today after being involved in a road accident on Thursday.

The City forward was in Holland on his day off and has sustained injuries.

He will return to Manchester this morning and his status will be checked ahead of tomorrow's Premier League clash at Chelsea.

They will also have Ibrahimovic coming back to provide further depth as striker cover.

The fact he is out of hospital already can only be encouraging that he has suffered no internal injuries quite likely above the fractured ribs being reported.

I saying that I thought Mendy was medial or PCL at worst and got that prediction wrong.

I think the odds on it have lengthened considerably, yes, if only for the simple reason that we are now hugely reliant on Jesus staying fit. I'm not suggesting we're going to suddenly turn to rat shit, but this is the most competitive league in the world and it is extremely difficult to win the key games against your immediate rivals with your best players missing. The margins where we operate are finer than fine
