only that prick could denigrate his own striker for scoring the winner because it wasn't flush. I wouldn't even bother jogging in the next game if I was Martial, he's just bailed his boss out and been ridiculed for it.

When you see United's goal it's like watching one of the mid table sides who haven't got much to offer in terms of attack, but keep trying massive punts upfield in the hope that something might come off.
It's like watching that because that's what they are.

Jesus got a yellow card for a fair tackle won against Evans in their penalty area which the ref wrongly diagnosed as a foul for West Brom. When Jesus had the temerity to raise his arm in protestation at the indiscretion of this mistake, the ref couldn't wait to brandish a booking for our player. It would be very strange indeed if players from other teams suffer this scrutiny.

3 different players from WBA got spoken to. They were effing and jeffing and really kicking off with Jones.
I think he is the most incompetent ref and that takes it to a new low, what with the current bunch.

I was worried bearing in mind how West Brom were allowed to hack at us in the league cup encounter, maybe Pulis had a word with his players and said take it easy this time, don't hack 'em when they're playing football, I still don't understand why Jesus was booked.

threw a paddy when his name isn't Rooney.

the jesus booking was the softest booking I have seen this season. he moved his arm gently in the air in exasperation at a bad decision.

Like wimbledon under Kinnear, over achieving in many seasons, by strangling the life and soul out of matches, but at least they were honest about it.

'gently' is inaccurate, but it was pretty minor as dissent goes. Just a very Jonesy decision.

Pleasantly surprised by WBA's general lack of clogging, at least until McClean came on. He apparently was allowed to do anything he wanted.

Similarly, Gibbs kicked the ball away when a foul was given against him, Jones takes no action. Walker does the same, straight into the book.
