we started watching it on a USA station with Dixon as co commentator and then had to switch to Sky and the difference in commentator excitement/bias/dissapointment was stark. Jeez Sky have to ditch their Utd supporting commentators, it stinks to high heaven, I wonder what impression Noel got in the studio with these rags?

I did the opposite, Started on Sky but couldn't carry on listening to them after they said Herreras first theatrics (when he got Walker a yellow card) was a clear foul and the ref got it absolutely right - spoken as the slow motion replay showed there was no contact.
Switched over to TSN (Canada) and had Lee Dixon for the rest - big step up.

He was excellent throughout. You can nit pick at a few calls but thats to be expected when you have the benefit of cameras/slow motion etc. Hats off it was a tough game and he was outstanding.
