Dickhead collymore using Leeds as an example of when other teams could compete. Nearly went bust in the process after extravagant spending but it is our business model that is all wrong
Another one who changes the goalposts because its us,i'm giving up all media,if it's on here i'll read it but thats itJust listening to Rudd's comments. Her logic for giving a B+ is that the team is only just surpassing expectations. She's right I suppose. Just about on course to finish in the top 4 which she predicted us to finish outside of.
Hmmm strange this wasn't bothering him 10-15 years ago when the top 4 was locked in...

Honestly she gives us ladies who love football a bad nameThere is a certain type of Liverpool supporter, of which Rudd is one, who are pleased Mane was sent off for assaulting Ederson, because it gives them the "if only" excuse to expunge their tonking.
Rudd even went so far as to say that Liverpool are better than City, with the caveat "when Liverpool are firing on all cylinders" which excuses them, presumably, from the occasions when they're not, which happens quite a lot (they're presently 20 points behind us) and one supposes she's factored in the odd occasion when they have a functioning defence.

No need for the caveats, she gives the human race a bad name.Honestly she gives us ladies who love football a bad name
Pep and city have received nothing but praise this season. However, if the season were to continue on the same course, i don't think anybody could really argue against Dyche for manager or Salah for player of the year. Salah in particular as he's carried Liverpool so much, whereas we're more of a collective and what Dyche has done with that squad and budget deserves recognition.
To be fair I think most of the media are fine right now, though there are a few who seem to hate us like Rudd.Another one who changes the goalposts because its us,i'm giving up all media,if it's on here i'll read it but thats it
If the season continued and we went unbeaten, amassing the same amount of points in the second half of the season I'd be livid if Pep didn't win it. Burnley will have done a marvellous job, but others in the future will perform beyond their expectation, but records are not broken and set all that often. As for Salah, yes he's playing well and scored goals, but he isn't even close to performing at the level of Kev, who is the heartbeat of our team.
Before the season started she predicted we wouldn't finish in the top four ( her predictions were Spuds,Rags,Chavs,Arse in that order).
So obviously based on that low expectation our current position of top by thirteen points and unbeaten would merit only a B+.
YCNMIU Jeff.
She's from Liverpool by the way.
On the Sunday Supplement the other week when Neil Ashton asked the panel who the best player they had ever seen live was and she said Jari Litmanen for Liverpool at Villa Park. The looks on the faces of the rest of the panel said it all.
It took the Rags 25 years to buy a league title and in all that time, not one person in the media highlighted their financial superiority.Oh Stanley, you whining little bitch. How is this news? It's just a rant. Didn't Leicester win the league just 2 seasons ago? Is it only City that arent allowed to be dominent because they have the wealthiest owners? If any other team wins the league - including other big spenders such as united or Chelsea - that' fine? What a bellend! united and Liverpool used to dominate but that was ok because there were other teams around, fuck me, we've won the league twice in 6 years.
Fuckig Pep coming over here and destroying our league :,-(
Not so sure about that, Frank. There would probably be plenty of blues who would probably say Berbatov.
I’m not sure that’s correct, but there were few that took any issue with it, and in fact, many journalists had a hard-on for it.It took the Rags 25 years to buy a league title and in all that time, not one person in the media highlighted their financial superiority.
Except he didn't play for the team the posters supported, poor response there frank, too much turkey? To be honest I never saw an issue with that as I think it referrred to performance. There would probably be plenty of blues who would probably say Berbatov.
Burnley’s attacking prowess so far this season as bought a mahoosive 16 goals in 19 matches they are not a brilliant side to watch, Dyche is a decent pretty well mannered guy but the media’s fascination in bigging up English/British managers over someone like is laughable
