Sounds like an American Baseball player.
The constant links to him signing are a bit baffling to me given that Pep has striven so hard to reduce the age of the squad. Also in recent quotes, he stated that the aim is to buy younger players for the future rather than just for now. Having said that, 75m for Van D is crazy money, so I guess we just have to sit back, enjoy what's going on and trust Pep to continue the steady improvement of our squad.

In general, he is signing young players but at CB, we have several young players waiting in the wings and he needs a stop gap rather than a £75 million 26 year old who wont be able to get in once Stones is back

According to reports in Italy he's not happy in Milan and has asked to leave. It could be a possibility but I think its highly unlikely
