We have a big lead in the league. Two games away from the final in the LC.
With Sanchez we have a better chance in the FA cup, many clubs will rotate as they don’t see the FA cup as a priority until the later stages and many of the big clubs in the CL are looking worse than usual. Real are 4th in Spain, Juve 2nd in Italy, Bayern haven’t look themselves this season but are always a threat as is Barca, PSG, I have question their quality in the CL given the farmers League they play in, their attack is amazing but the rest of the team is not up to their standard.
Real-PSG, Chelsea-Barca means two big clubs are getting knocked out early. We need luck in the draw in this competition but if this is probably our best chance ever so far.
Don’t know why you are so negative,
Wenger has to take considerable blame with this, IMHO. Keeping a player who doesn't want to remain, irrespective of landing a replacement, and risking disharmony is terrible leadership from a coach who has been around long enough to know better

The situation Wenger finds himself in was entirely predictable and was predicted by many in the summer. Perhaps a compromise fee could be agreed which will allow Arsenal to save face and give Sanchez the move he wants? Worth 20 million just to see Mourinho having kittens when he finds out we've added another world class player for peanuts in today's market
