Do you agree all the key pieces are in place minus a cb and now we need strong hungry youngsters pushing for 1st team ie, sessigon, kluivert, de ligt & goretzka? You probably know better youngsters but I like these and they're not costing a ridiculous fee.

Harry Maguire I want. Especially to form that all English CB pairing. The Salah gifs wouldn't help his cause. But everything I see suggests he is very talented (in the Pep way).

Barkley, I'd skip all together. I think he is more of a United or Chelsea fit. Than Us or say Arsenal or Tothenham.

I think I read somewhere Goretzk was going to Bayern :( Perhaps M. Savic as an alternative? Or better yet, De Jong.

I don’t have your so called knowledge on every CB in world football... I do know this lad is decentish but not top class and certainly not our level. Let’s see which top clubs come calling for him in the next 12 months. I assume plenty if you think he is good enough for us.

That said, I'm not a huge fan but it seems Pep is.

If we're worried about Aguero's conversion rate in front of goal, the match thread would be exploding with Aubameyang.

Good shout, he's an interesting alternative to Sanchez. 16 goals, 4 assists in 24 games. Dribbler/creator that can play as false 9, he's actually resembling Sanchez in many ways.
24 yo, it was ACL injury that stopped him from leaving France earlier.

With Stones being fit now I think we should leave the CB for now. Maybe if Mendy had been fit would have been worthwhile as an option to go 3 at back, but that’s not the case at moment. I’d finish off season with what we have at CB.

I am more concerned about our options up front and with Jesus out for around 2 months we desperately need to bring someone in.
