As Neville has just said Video technology will be a nightmare Even they don't know if it was a pen. And on here its 50/50.

It obviously won't be any good for these types of calls, but in the case of a dive with no contact, it would immediately clear it up. VAR might only help on 10% of calls, but it won't make the others any worse, and even a 10% better decision rate is well worth it.
