Yes, have to say I agree;
1) would be so sweet to inflict defeat on them, and
2) the league table tells us they are a weaker team than chelsea

Won't happen, I am sure we will loose before the season is out, but don't see us loosing 5 while the chasing pack don't drop a point, even we can't do that surely, mind you in thought that against Bournemouth many moons ago when 3 0 up at half time in the sunshine, going up then 3 3 full time, ha ha

Yes that's my point as well as the others winning 5 on the spin City have to lose 5 on the spin ergo 10 games... anything other and we increase our points tally and the others have to do even better
 
Watched with a load of Gooners in Spain and celebrated the last goal with them, Chelsea will catch the rags who are irrelevant anyway. Much rather have a 15 point lead against the Rags than a 14 against the Chavs, blooming obvious to me!

Getting to mathematical for me now, might have to get Carol vorderman in, would say riley but she is a rag and may cook the figures

you and me both mate! vorderman would be my choice - wasn't she going out with that Rushden guy off of talksport?
 
the 15 point gap and goal deference give's pep and city what every manager and club and fans want in the title race and that is control all you ask is to have it in your own hands and not bank on others for that helping hand and take out that doubt by building up a lead that is hard to catch
also the top 6 so called big clubs are going to beat each other or draw against each other and that will mean the title maybe not won by city in winning that key game

the sign of a great team is winning the league without playing for it. yes it sounds daft i know but by running away with it means the chasing pack are giving city extra points then they will be dropping points and the count down will starts about the 30th game the pressure on the others is going to crack them up and city will win the title when we are all sitting at home watching a game that gives manchester city the title if they don't win and the joy of winning without anybody from the club involved

Not quite. We have to lose 6 games fewer than Liverpool etc. If we lost six TIMES more, then that would mean Liverpool. for example, losing 3, we'd lose 18 games.

Times is not a multiplication - it is an occurrence count (i.e. we have to lose 5 or 6 MORE - i.e. 15 or 18 points - than they do).
