Just listened to the CityWatch podcast with Maks Cárdenas, great insight to what happened / whats going on. Seems like its all on Wenger at the minute..Sanchez apparently doesn't want to disrespect Arsenal fans by refusing to play / transfer req. Maks says he only wants City atm and gave his word to Pep.

Great listen to anyone who likes that kinda thing.

Its also a false economy, because if we dont get him, it will cost at least double to get a comparable player in the summer. I can only assume that our stance is based on us being 100% convinced by Sanchez that City will be his only destination, whether that is this month or in the summer.

He's only got a value on Arsenal's books of just under £4.8m at this stage mate.

Yeah Agee our wage bill though has increased by around 40m last 12 months.
