An 11 point lead is too risky going into the last four matches, especially playing the likes of Swansea, West Ham, Huddersfield, and Soton!God forbid.

He can be sneaked in the door while all the lads are off at the world cup in the summer...Why do you see him as unsettling the side now and not in summer?
Nobody know's if the club is actually dithering about. Maybe Arsenal is being incompetent as usual.
If Sanchez is that tired of waiting, he could hand in a transfer request. By all accounts he was OK coming to us for free in the summer. Now he's in a mad rush?
It is only silly if Sanchez point blank refuses to sign for anyone other than City. If he does, then we are playing a blinder. If however, he goes to United, we will have made a huge miscalculation. Sanchez is worth far more than £25m in any normal situation and if we miss out on him, it will cost us far more than £25m to purchase a comparable player in the summer. We lost out on Alvez and as others have pointed out, it hasn't impacted us on the field but off it, it cost us an additional £27m. If something similar happens with Sanchez, it surely has to have an impact on our transfer budget.
The revenge of Bony/Zaba/Mooy/whoever the fuck we've sold to Southampton! An 11 point lead is too risky going into the last four matches, especially playing the likes of Swansea, West Ham, Huddersfield, and Soton!
I really doubt he's short
Anyone else get a slight feeling city might be telling porkies about Gabriel's injury recovery time, to try and use it to strengthen their negotiation position for Sanchez?
It gets taxed if he's paid it as wages as well, still 7.5m in his back pocket.Would a sign on fee not get taxed as income? So on a reported £15m sign on fee, ~£7.5m would be lost. What terrible business surely
Or have I got that wrong - not sure how players get around it if they do

Fair enough, not stating it to be what I think but the thought has crossed my mindNope.
I can’t sleep at night thinking about Bony scoring a hattrick, Zaba battling to hold on to a 3-0 lead, Mooy hitting a screamer in to the far corner in the 94th minute, and Shane Long breaking his 55 match scoreless streak with the last kick of the season to send us to third. The revenge of Bony/Zaba/Mooy/whoever the fuck we've sold to Southampton!
But my united friends told me he was a fraud?Pep is not as fraudalent as Mou i'm a afraid. So no.
Plus he loses loyalty bonus,...Maks Cardenas said on the CW pod that its unlikely Sanchez would put in a transfer request because he respects the Arsenal fans / club too much, wants to maintain his reputation at the club. Doubt that would happen

We're safe from that fate at least, Long scored against Palace on the 2nd :)I can’t sleep at night thinking about Bony scoring a hattrick, Zaba battling to hold on to a 3-0 lead, Mooy hitting a screamer in to the far corner in the 94th minute, and Shane Long breaking his 55 match scoreless streak with the last kick of the season to send us to third.
We must GET Sanchez now...
