It's massively below his normal value. We agreed a fee of £60m in summer and the market has gone up since then.

We have a very well run club, it certainly appears players are happy and very well paid. To bring in another dynamic of a player on mega money 3x or 4x the salary of our current squad who are playing very well and have a great team spirit might just be something Pep and the club are not prepared to do.
