Sergio will always be a club legend but as with Yaya, we need to be ruthless and sell players, no matter what they have done for us, at the right time.[/QUOTE]

Unfortunate but true too many can't let go you only need to look at the outcry around Hart and Kompany to see that. Legends yes but had their time.

I said the same thing last week. Vardy is the right player at this moment in time. Aguero's legs went 18 months ago and his decline is almost as dramatic as Rooneys.

Bin Sergio for Jamie fucking Vardy. Fuck me, this place at times.

lol wow. 31 yr old Vardy to replace 29yr old aguero because Aguero's legs have gone. Crazy.

Show me where you said it previously

The Vardy part makes sense, though I think he'll be at Manu one day. It's the get rid of Aguero bit that's crazy, he will finish his career at City.

Was more thinking about "his decline is as drastic as Rooneys".

Its a game of opinions but that is the worst opinion i've ever heard

Whilst I don't agree with the proposed swap, their ages are irrelevant. Aguero has played more than double the amount of games as Vardy, and suffered numerous muscle injuries too.

Shall I tell you who we should buy this window?

I'll be laughed out of court but would love to see it.

Vardy. Incessant pressing from the front, pace in behind and a predator in the six yard box.

Would take him, Maguire and Okazaki tomorrow.

I can actually see the logic behind each of those but would still feel their passing game would derail many attacks. I feel a major issue at times is Sane/Sterling/Aguero all have limited passing games and carrying all 3 can hamper the attacks, don't feel that would change with the 3 Leicester guys.

Put Vardy 1v1 and yes he will do well, put Vardy out wide to help stretch and break down a 10 man defence and he will disappear into oblivion.

Our way of playing demands pace sometimes but it also demands a lot of technical ability, Vardy can run and he can finish but that is about it. If he stopped being able to do either he would be back at Fleetwood.
