No he didn’t look very poor. He looked keen as anything to get on the ball and to run at players. How can a player look poor when he only had 5 minutes on the pitch and managed to beat about three defenders within that time?

After his showing at the weekend he's probably a very long way away from being in the squad, and deservedly so.

He's got a hell of a long way to go yet.

He only played 6 minutes you plum!! And looked ok in that little time, Christ people expect Messi like cameo performances at times.

He’s more use than yaya. If he isn’t good enough to get on the bench against a championship side, we’ve got no hope of a lad breaking through into the first team.

Fair enough if he’s injured, but if he’s not then that proves he won’t get plenty of time. I used to hate Pellegrini for putting extra defenders on the bench instead of young lads. I can forgive Pep because he’s fucking ace, but it still annoys me.
