It was not deliberate it was an accident. Madley was right on the spot & told him to be much more careful where he puts his feet. This from a referee who sends our player off for walking behind an opponent. Nothing to see here move on.

But interesting how some innocuous incidents by our players are revisited continually, whilst career threatening deliberate fouls by almost all our opposing teams are swept under the carpet.

I know it’s opinions, but it does look a bit stamp-ish to me, just his body shape at the moment his leg goes down. That said, I thinks it’s unclear, enough not to warrant any further action.

Did Madley definitely have a word?

I'd say he trod on him which is accidental rather than a stamp on him which is deliberate.

Correct.
Ok. A little DIY forensics for those who think it was deliberate.
Try moving forward 2 paces and make an attempt not to plant your foot in motion. Then speed it and try it. Nigh on impossible.

It's fair to say ESPNMUFC are up there with the Daily Fail, BBC Sport(Mediacity), the MUEN, etc.

As per no link.

Mourinho a winner, Guardiola a loser in window dominated by major deals

Perhaps Mourinho was testing his Old Trafford bosses, but if he was, the tactic paid off spectacularly. Sanchez seemed destined for the Etihad, but United made their move and blew City out of the water.

Never a stamp. As Krychowiak falls, he raises his left leg and that stops Dinho's attempt to jump over and get the ball. Accidental and unfortunate but nothing more than that.

Oh no, they've won yet another transfer window, I make that 10 in a row now... God only knows how we still have the far superior team all over the park, 15 points clear and in all 4 competitions...

They're right though, they should start selling antidepressants in the club shop and set up a counselling service in City Square, our fans have never been so low.

Bring back Pearce I say.

FWIW, I thought at the time that their legs tangled when Fernandinho was stepping over him, and he trod on him after losing a little balance. May be wrong, haven't seen it again since the match.
Watched it this morning and that's how I saw it. Went to step over and there was a tangle of legs before he planted his foot.

I don't think the pictures show if it was intentional or not. Maybe reckless but he'd have a decent case to argue.

Ignorant rag cünts really are clutching at straws aren't they. Random fabricated bollocks to try and make their shit team look relevant for as long as possible, like a dying king who knows his time is drawing to a close. The red scum are fading and the blue moon is rising over the swamp.

Getting a young, world class central defender in for less than Liverpool got fleeced for VVD is a good transfer window in my opinion. The dickheads in Trafford are still relying on Phil Jones. Great result for Spurs last night.

Mind the 15 point gap you irrelevant bastards.

Only one regional paper has so far picked up that West Ham’s Tony Henry, just suspended for racist comments, is ex-City Malcolm Allison’s favourite, Tony Henry.

Unusual slip by the gutter press.
It was in the Daily Mail. Other clubs he played for not mentioned.

spot the difference.

Just seen it. It’s a clear red card and if we’re going to criticise other players for their challenges then we should do the same with Fernandinho. It’s wreckless and stupid.
Bull shit never a red and only looks a yellow when slowed down in super slo-mo....in real time it's nothing
