Not sure what scares people so much about some good clean natural food.

The current western diet has lead us into the highest heart disease, diabetes & cancer rates ever known yet people still defend that diet and fall apart at the mention of whole food plant based nutrition.

The body has the ability to defend itself against all disease but if you switch those functions of with excess salt, fat & protein intake you end up sick.

It's up to the individual which way they choose to go and after spending the first 30 years of my life eating the standard western diet and the last 6 year's mainly whole food and plant based I know which one is best.

I used to be pre-diabetic gone. I used to think I had sciatica gone.I used to have a slump in energy at 3pm which I was told was normal that's gone. I used to lack motivation gone.

Everyone can choose what they want to believe there are plenty of pharmaceutical salesman out there waiting to take your money so work away.

A load of bollocks there as usual. Diabetes, heart disease and cancer are all on the increase mainly due to over indulging on any foods, eat meat as well as anything else in proportion and live a healthy active life and you’ll be fine. All about balance.

We've been eating meat for over 35,000 years. In fact, up until around 7,000 years ago, we had no agriculture and no stable supply of crops, leaving meat, fish and fruit to make up the majority of our diet. Can you show me your figures from 35,000+ years ago on heart disease, diabetes & cancer levels?

No he can’t.

He’s been overweight and Ill he went on a vegan diet, lost weight and miraculously isn’t Ill anymore, this is now down to veganism and not just to the fact he actually lost weight. Any good diet would have probably had the same effect. It’s all a balance, diet and activity go hand in hand.

35,000 years ago we weren't eating meat on the scale we do today we couldn't catch it.

Even 100 years ago meat consumption was probably 70% less than it is today.

Let's be sensible.

Let's be sensible.
Individually we were, it made up to between 60% and 90% of the European and North African diet. Humans grew to dominate mostly because we were the best hunters. The increases in intelligence are down to the diet that afforded us.

You won’t be fucking healthy on that alone and you know it.
I’ve eaten a meat and potato pie today plus had a chicken dinner for my tea with all the trimmings, yesterday I had meat, I’ll be having black pudding tomorrow.
Later on I’m going out to do a 10 mile run, did 17.5 miles yesterday morning, I’m approaching 50 and am as healthy as I’ve ever been, like I say it’s about balance mate.

Like I say the Liver functions perfectly at 40% of its capacity many other organs do to so most people will feel healthy until the time comes.

I'm not against people eating what they want to eat I'm only against them complaining at the consequences later.

This has no scientific basis at all.

Your immune system has little connection to your diet and certainly not in the quantities people will naturally eat.

That's really funny coming from you. Why don't you go do some research then and prove me wrong?
Do you ever remember your grandparents talk about meat and two veg? That was only recently there is no way meat made up 60-90% of European diet just ridiculous to say so.

Humans are forgets foragers only on occasions where opportunity presented itself did we eat meat and even then we had to create tools to aid us do that.

Your science is based on doctors with almost no nutritional training and a medical system that promotes a drug for every ill.

The FDA and other governing bodies are run by the big Pharma and Food companies who fund 'scientific' research so if that's what your talking about forgive me for not believing it.
