You're doing it wrong, even with the tube fare 4/5 at wealdstone is cheaper, better beer & a bit a space.

Just booked the train for a 8 am on the Sunday and a hotel for the Sunday night. Train home Monday pm.

To be honest I can't stand hanging around Wembley before the game so going to stay in central London for as long as possible prior to kick off I think. Has anyone done that before. Is it a pain on the tube full of Arsenal fans?

The semi final was okay.
Plenty Arsenal and City central London and underground to game.
Never saw one bit of bother.

We're getting Minibus from Heaton Chapel leaving at 9am to Watford Junction, few pints in The Flag and overground to the stadium, normally busy with little trouble.

Booked the Hilton for 18th & 19th May, will fly in the day before from Berlin.

To enjoy it - as with every other trip to Wembley.
Leeds train down - Wembley, Watford overnight and back Monday

Drive down at 7 .. arrive 10 ish..park under Holiday inn ... check in if possible or leave bags and enjoy the sights of the lovely Wembley pubs .. watch City lift the cup and back to the lovely pubs for a sing song ... Drive home Monday !
