Right now he's third choice winger and fourth choice 8. He's starting to show his worth as a winger/wide playmaker role which he played at Monaco. It'll be interesting to see how signing another winger, especially someone experienced like Mahrez, will affect his role next season.

Got to agree with other posters regarding his personality and character. He comes across as very intelligent and humble, which can only be a good thing for morale and understanding Pep's tactics/rotation.

Sorry just dont see anything to get carried away with, slows us down, takes no responsibility, constantly passes sideways, he has got a fantastic first touch but any advantage is lost because he has no urgency in his game. Not a bad player but at this moment nothing special.

And it's 4g+7a in the span of 2 months (13.12 - 13.02). Excellent stats, especially considering him being played out of position.

wish we'd got Mahrez, then we could have started Bernardo in the middle in the past month. At least Dave is hopefully back for a spell now but I guess that pushes Bernardo out altogether, I'm guessing 3-5-2 is where we'd perhaps see him shine, particularly if he played off say Jesus.

He may play Sunday. I think it’s 50/50 between him and Sane currently.
