What are your Wembley plans?

It's bloody well crept up quickly! Train down tomorrow and book into Wembley Travelodge. Either a pizza takeaway or meal out and a fairly quiet night, game Sunday and either celebrating or drowning sorrows, checkout and train home Monday.

9.34 from Stockport (obviously) tomorrow morning, stopping in Milton Keynes overnight and then early train to Wembley Sunday morning. Only beer, curry and a trophy to collect before returning on the Euston scramble Sunday evening.
What do you do with your clothes? Or is it 1 pair of gruds for the weekend

Any regular motorway users advice please. I live north side of town. Not up to speed on all the roadworks.
M6 M1 to London or nip over the M62 them M1 all the way down.

Think there may be road closures overnight on M1 near Derby. Check it out as may want to go the other way to avoid that on way back.

Lol. Travel with a disposable bag, containing a change of smalls, travel deo etc. Leave the Saturday pair of boxers and socks in the room and depart for Wembley.

Fail to prepare, prepare to fail!

Travel down Saturday by train from Manchester with my two brothers. Staying at The Montana Hotel, Kensington for two nights(£50 each a night + extra £8 for breakfast). It’s a nice hotel and we travel back on Monday for £50 each return. Going to have Sunday Roast at The Victoria, Paddington then on to watch some of the Chelsea game at a pub near by with a TV before heading to Wembley. Total cost of travel and hotel for two nights £150 (+£500 for booze!)

We are staying there if its the one next to the station

For those of us not able to make it to Wembley, but will (foolishly) be in London, what are the best pubs to watch City these days (if any at all, given the Rag infestation)?

I know the Strand used to be a safe harbour, and there was a group of blues that would meet at the Half Moon in Herne Hill (I went some years back and it was a decent time), but not sure those are still current.

Calling all blues living in exile...

Drive to Watford , drop bags , head to pub feed th nethpew while I get smashed , train into Wembley and find a pub

8.20 train down, dump our bags at the Royal Eagle hotel, Paddington. Then into central London for some beer and food, starting at Montagu's Pyke. After the match back into central London. Then make our way back to Paddington, found a pub that serves to 11.30 on Sundays which is pretty good. Back on the train at 2pm Monday.
Hotel £26 each, train £46 return all booked before the semi final ☺
