Yes but it's frustration aimed at Pep as he's making the decision, nobody else, that's my point, we know what the best choice is but as it's not happening, we crack on and support whatever team sets foot on the pitch... Arguing the pro's n con's is fine but I'm backing Peps decision and rolling with it....!
I get the comments. Our best keeper over the past season has been Ederson, for reasons that have nothing to do with Bravo Vs Ederson. Ederson's been a solid keeper and looks the real deal. However, we don't have to deal with the issues of 'team spirit' or 'dressing room politics'. If I could pick one keeper for that match, and then leave without repercussions I know who my first choice would be. But that isn't the case. There's a strong argument for picking your best 11, however there's also a balancing act in maintaining harmony and cameraderie amonst the players in the dressing room, and showing confidence towards players that have enabled you to be in a position where you can win a trophy. That's the job of a manager, and why the job at the top level is held in such high esteem.

The drop in class and what one adds to the team as opposed to what the other detracts from the team is massive.
Let's hope picking Bravo doesn't come back to haunt us.

Beating these will make up for the Wigan game. Don't want to think about losing - the trip home will be shite, and the Rags in work will be insufferable.

Hey, you Mancs!

You are the best team in England, will win the title, probably the CL as well, take pity on us and let us win this trophy you see as insignificant.

Whatdya say?
Hopefully our generosity only extends to 'letting' Wigan progress in the FA Cup... If it hastens Wnger's departure, a win for us would be better for you in the long run as well. :-)

My biggest worry now in this game is our high line. Ball over the top and it's a foot race between Bravo and Aubameyang. Get your sprinters on Claudio, and no fancy stuff, Row ZZ!

I say find me a City supporter who sees it as insignificant.

No trouble taking pity on you though.

Gen question

What does he detract from the team (facts please)? as I hear this branded a lot on here and would love to know. I ask as the games that he has played this season the team have done well have they not

Appart from been a goal keeper who cant save a ball hes brilliant.
Oh and yeah the result at wigan was brilliant

I don’t get the discussion about Ederson and Bravo. Mancini choose to go with Hart at the last second, lost the dressing room (if he hadn’t lost it already by that time) and we lost the game. Pellegrini stuck with Caballero and was rewarded for it. So Pep does what every manager with a bit of class to his players would do. And it’s the players that need to step up if they feel Bravo needs a bit more protection. Than again Bravo hardly cost us a game ever. It was more often our forewords not being clinical in front of goal.

It’ll be an interesting game tomorrow. And in a final it could go either way and will be different than the game on Thursday. We however need to get a reward for the way we have been playing and I expect a big step up from Monday to try and win us the League Cup. Just imagine winning the next three matches ... And we are good enough to make that happen. First stop Wembley though.

Couldnt agree with you more mate, what I put was what I think it will be, Eddie is streets ahead in terms of class but I think its going to be Bravo in goal, he deserves it, wouldnt be in the final without his penalty saves.. I think we will be ok on Sunday, City will be smarting after Monday and the Arse could cop it if we hit top gear..!

Agree, we need to go out and basically make arsenal shit bricks/back to the walls mentallity from the off. Need to be wary now though about aubameyang as he will be looking for outlet balls when arsenal try and counter if we lose possession.

Cant wait for sunday

forget the penalties bravo made 3 great saves one on one against wolves to keep us in it.yes eddys no 1 but got no probs with bravo playing.

I hope that Bravo has a great game. I just slightly worry that if we dominate possession with Bravo not having much to do and the situation arrives where arsenal get a fast break late on and get the opportunity to score - you can count on ederson making that save as his concentration levels are up all the time, thats my only concern but fully understand and appreciate that Bravo has performed well and deserves his final place

Lets go and get the first trophy

Exactly. Bravo was poor last season but has been decent this season as he has been for most of his career.
