Delighted for those players who recently joined us and now have a winners medal. And even more delighted for the three older ones who scored ;-)
I became a grandma this week for the first time and weeks don't get much better than this ;-)

Pleased for big Vinny all that time on the treatment table over the last few years he has got exactly what he deserves , thought we won the game and didnt get out of 2nd gear , we have brilliant footballers who control the game and a master tactician at the helm , hope all the lads and lasses get home safe and well , what a good day.
 
Great day another trophy but, basically a new beginning with the players who are new to picking up their first trophy with the club and instills a bigger winning mentallity within the team

Excellent performance all round, we dudnt need to hit top gear either which shows the kevel we can produce. What a great icing on the cake as well to get all 3 players of Sergio, Vinny and my favourite in Silva all on the scoresheet who were at the start of our new era

Fantastic day, watched on the tv with my 2 sons...just wish i could have been bouncing at Wembley along with my fellow Blues doing the Poznan

Lets go get the premiership and have a crack at winning the champs league now

What a totally foreign feeling, being completely relaxed in a cup final ......is it our biggest ever final winning margin?

Never ever looked in doubt, completely bossed it.

Special mention to the old guard, I was almost disappointed Yaya wasn't on the bench so he could come on for the last 10 minutes and score!

Was good to see the Poznań again.
Only fly in the ointment was City fans fighting each other.Wtf is that all about. We really do have some prize nobs among our lot. Alcohol is no excuse.
Hope everybody else gets home safe.
 
I see that the league cup has turned into a micky mouse cup in the last hour or so, I've had 3 texts already saying how embarrassing it is for us to be celebrating winning what is a tin pot cup. Fnny that last year the same cup and anther that we were not shit enough to qualify for were major honors.
 
Deserved mention for Bravo Of course he had a stinker of a first season with us, he started poorly and completely lost his confidence However he has shown this season with very little support from us. how good a keeper he actually is . He kept us in this competition and proved you dont get into Spains top team without quality, really pleased he has a medal in his hands, after another good game tonight
