My few observations.

Silva, Kompany and Aguero. Legends and look at what hey have now won for city - starting to reflect what they deserve. We will never get a better at the same time contributing to our club.

City fans - thought we were quality today. Saw a lot let pissed up idiots than usual at Wembley. Not one person near me was an idiot. Absolutely great day.

On another note, I couldn't believe how good Kompany was......I thought he was gone with all those injuries....but he was great today.

Just got home. Great day, great performance, great result. So pleased our ‘old’ guard all bagged. Thanks Pep hopefully today marked the dawning of a trophy laden era with you at the helm.

Was concerned when I saw Kompany on the team sheet and I had nightmares of a ball over the top and him bringing Aubameyang down and being sent off early. Then he did this,



And my mind was at ease the rest of the game.

Everything else though went as expected, barely got out of third gear and made them look average. Danilo had a very good game at LB in particular.

Agree with that, as soon as I saw that I realised
'Vinny's got this' and then relaxed about the rest of the game
