Saw that myself. Slow news day

Nah just a way to get the moaners moaning even more.

What I did like is this paragraph...

'Many Liverpool fans will miss out on attending the first game because UEFA’s allocation has increased for the match and there has also been greater demand from the club’s Priority Rights Holders, meaning there were fewer seats available for season ticket holders and members. '

So 'normal' fans miss out because of Liverpool FC's greed and yet they are not up in arms about it !!!

This is an article first published on the 26th March By the sun online it’s all about how they are missing out on HOME tickets due to UEFA, it seems it’s been doctored and published as City can’t sell out, not sure how to add the link but it’s almost word for word but about the first leg not the 2nd . Not just this paragraph but the whole article.

In the Times today in the match report on England's game last night says
'Raheem Sterling was comfortably the Man of the Match' and raves about his performance.
On the next page Alyson Rudd marks him a 6/10 whilst Lingard & Jordan Henderson are both marked a 7.
It's just a complete joke!

Henderson 7? he was only on the pitch 18 minutes and only made 8 passes.

With still nearly 2 weeks to go before the quarter final at home with Liverpool and with 3 other games to play before that. some sections of the media including suprise suprise the Liverpool echo are reporting that City are strugling to sellout .Now then a quick look on the internet or a phone call to City and the journalists would have told alththough they only went on general sale Monday there is less than a hundred left and they expected to sell tonight or first thing in the morning. What is the object of the story ? Besides trying to embaras us and failing i havent a clue

I thought Kyle Walker was MOTM myself then Raheem.
Pep will be pleased. Another emergency CB has emerged, a tactical advantage.

Never let the truth get in the way of story...

Have they mentioned the poor quality of opposition we're facing!
If it had been a big club we'd been drawn against, tickets would have sold out easily
Correct, getting drawn against Liverpool in the CL is like going to to the travel agents for brochures of exotic holidays and then finding your wife has booked a week in Rhyl.

Yes, but these were 'killer' passes which would have been goals if someone had picked it up and run the length of the field and scored. So not his fault if they didn't...so a 7 looks like a fair score. Forgot to mention...if you are Allyson Rudd.

Some of these articles about the ticket sales are so poor. It’s going to sell out today, 2 weeks before the game despite strict criteria to stop Liverpool fans getting tickets.

Such poor journalism if you can call it that and it just caters to the idiots of modern day society.

I've got 2 season tickets and I can't buy one additional ticket currently, let alone two more together. Think the Sold Out signs will be up soon.

Poor journalism? Surely not.

I accept all that but why kick off about UeFA when their own club take tickets from 'normal (cough) supporters for Priority Rights Holders ? Typical miserysiders, they can moan about Citeh, UeFA, everyone in fact except their own club who are clearly stopping them getting tickets so they can sell corporate.
