As long as we score 2 goals (or more), i’ll be satisfied.
That RAWK has some proper tools on it, gonna do this, gonna do that.... no actual explanation just going out on a wing and a prayer that Billy from Skem nd his mates and Seamus from Cork with his big flag are gonna terrify our players.... absolute fuckwits.... lets smash the fuckers BIG TIME
Yep ,just oneDoes any other club have such a high proportion of uneducated scum as fans?
They’ll be delighted with that newsLalana picked up an injury against Palace. Unlikely to play apparantly.
They’ll be delighted with that news
Not sure we can use the previous games against them as measures for what's gonna happen on Wednesday. They have improved since we beat them 5-0, and our 3-4 defeat came as a result of our only off day so far. We need to be at our best in both games, no concentration lapses, then we should have enough. It won't be easy though.
The defeat at Anfield was without Dave and they had a whole week to prepare, whilst we had a League Cup SF that week.
They will get their arses handed to them this time around.
I think I could live with it.Imagine if we win 3-0, we will be bombarded by all and sundry in the press screaming about how they come back from similar in Istanbul
They're not going to change what comes natural to them - running hard at us in spells. We'll have most of the ball, but when they attack us (like no other team has) I'm certain that we'll be winning the ball and getting to their box rapidly and taking advantage of their stretched shape. Lovren joined Liverpool with a good reputation for club and country, but he's made mistakes in big games - commits to challenges and doesn't always quite get there. Karius makes his defence nervous. We need to take advantage !!Its over two legs and that is the reason we should be confident of getting through to the semi finals at least.
I would prefer to be home first but its probably incidental and the mental strength of this group is all what its about.
This was lacking to some degree under the previous two managers and one of the reasons why Pep is regarded as one of the world's best in his time to date.
You could argue are squad is better now but would you can't argue against is the mental fortitude the squad has now.
This was best demonstrated at Liverpool and while not ideal a one goal deficit going into the second leg should be sufficient to see us through.
Manure showed how easy it was to mark Salah out of the game and Crystal Place bar one lapse in concentration showed how easy it is to mark him out of the game,
They have a good set up in the forward half but its not world class by any means and provided we play to our best and level we have been for all the season we will come through.
