City v Brighton date - Weds 9th May, 8pm ko

Hope they present the trophy against Huddersfield or there will be nobody in the stadium at the Brighton game as most of the stadium leave on 80minutes.
Remember against qpr there were a dozen people leaving on 85 mins in the east stand and only a couple got back in at full time

City v Brighton 8pm on Wed 9 May

Is this game on TV?

Says on Sky's fixture page that it's on SKY ?
On City's fixture change tweet yesterday said TBC ??
On Premier League's own fixtures page says not on TV ???

If that's the case the trophy presentation will be against Huddersfield which is better.

Yes, trophy presentation is confirmed for after the Huddersfield match. It’s live on Sky Sports and the second Super Sunday match (Chelsea vs Liverpool) kicks off half an hour later at 4.30pm to accommodate the trophy presentation.

Ye little disappointing only an extra half hour won't be much interviews or anything we should have been the 4.30 kick off.

The presentation was always going to the Huddersfield game,Keeps the Brighton match for the YaYa farewell.
It might still be on tv if Brighton need something from the match to stay up.

I purchased hospitality for the Huddersfield game on the premise it would be the trophy lifting game - thought it was worth it to make a day of it... also have tickets to the Brighton game so it’s not the end of the world if it’s lifted then... I emailed city to ask and got this in response - kind of seemed to contradict itself in two sentences! Lol

“Dear Pete,

Thank you for your email.

Should it be won in advance, the Premier League trophy is lifted on the last home match of the Season. Should the Club win the 'League, the trophy will be lifted following the Huddersfield Town fixture.

I hope this helps with your query, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions. You can also follow us on Twitter @ManCityHelp. Our FAQs can be found here: http://mcfc.force.com/help

Kind Regards”

So I assume it’s the Huddersfield game but I am still not sure haha

Been send the same response for a while it seems, so could be Brighton or Soton and no one is the wiser. The club have not got a clue if the above is correct, some hard games coming so no way they can guarantee it will be won with 2/3 games left.
