Every month allow yourself a break day where you can literally eat and drink what you want.
I want to take my weight loss further so started going to the gym a lot more often and going to gradually work up my fitness.
I plan to be down to 15st come November.

I was 18st 7lbs when I started on the 2nd Jan, and now down to 16st 9lbs.
I used to drink a lot of Coke and eat chocolate or sweets most days, so that's all gone. Don't even miss it. Not had a drink or anything since though.
It's amazing how concious I have become of what is in food that I buy, and I cook everything myself now.
My favourite thing at the minute is some frozen mixed berries and some fat free yogurt. Onken do some nice ones.
