If you remember the last season they couldn't get the cast together for filming, so they filmed each episode around 1 character.

Well the creator basically said it was shit and they re-released the series cut into proper episodes like the previous seasons and the next one.

I rewatched it over the last month and really enjoyed it. A few new jokes and a good warm up for season 5.

Finished Altered Carbon last night, must say I really enjoyed it. Had seen fairly mixed reviews online but I quite like sci-fi and will definitely look out for the 2nd season.

I really enjoyed it too. I like sci-fi and it was really well made, plus the lady cop was smoking. Are they making a second?

If you only watch one series this year make it "This is Us". Currently on Amazon Prime detailing the lives of triplets (of a kind) and their journey through life. Brilliant.

Yep same here. I caught that late as well. American sitcoms are nailing it over the last few years.

Just watching some episodes of game of thrones and it makes me want to watch them all again. Feels like the second time gives you chance to really see all the sub plots of hidden meanings to everything when you know how it plays out.

There's only 13 episodes. You need s02e01. It's called La Casa de Papel too.

Have started Sopranos again and in the space of a couple of weeks am up to episode 1 of Series 3. It really does stand out from just about everything else, every episode is excellent. One thing I had missed or forgotten amongst the phenomenal storylines, acting and writing, was the use of music to illustrate scenes. At the moment I have to say its the best series ever to be on TV.
RIP James Gandolfini.

Big call out to the Jeremy Thorpe drama on BBC - a very english scandal (I think?). Really brilliant and very funny. Ben Wishaw as Norman Scott and Hugh Grant as Thorpe were outstanding. Defoe worth a watch wether you remember the incident or not.
