Serial Killer at large in Manchester?

Just seen that. Seems it might be that young 19 year old lad who went missing.

MEN reportimg the police believe it is him, the thing is he went missing on sunday morning and found today this afternoon, now the rochdale.canal passes the jurys inn where his friends were, but is 2 days from going missing to being found not far away in a very public area not strange?

Another body found today. Rochdale canal in the city centre not far from the hacienda.

Its a bit like that lad on the stag do in Hamburg that fell in the river late at night and those students in York who fell in the river and drowned and the one's in Durham too - must be a serial killer doing the rounds I mean however else do you explain pissed up people wandering round in the dark next to unfenced bodies of water dying ? Must be murder.

Yes but why so many? And in similar places?

Just one more question.

There have been too many for my liking. Time will tell I guess.

Just one more thing and point your cigar of course.... then hit us with the killer question...." If Karius was concussed by the elbow how did he get up and jump around ok straight away? And why is Klopp such a twunt? "

The numbers would go down if they didn't walk past me.....my mate....er....some unknown lunatic, sounding like rags, I'm sure I've seen numbers on deaths per mile of waterways in European cities and ours is disproportionately large, can't all be down to rags, them Thames and Gangese would be overflow with Corpses.

My lad went to uni in York and just before he went students were ending up in the Ouse with alarming regularity - I don't think the Mrs slept for the first month because of some of the states he used to come home in.

Spoke to a fairly senior copper in Cardiff about a year ago; he told me that deaths by drowning by pissed up revellers in the River Taff were far from rare. Rivers are different from canals, though. Much more treacherous.
Swansea is exactly the same

how come they all seem to walk along the canal alone? surely they cant all be billy no mates...

Just the first three examples of people being lucky to be near a busy part of the canal or with friends. Drink seems to be a big part of them all.

He was telling me that some of them don't even fall in, but get in voluntarily. Whilst it has a comic undertone, it's utterly tragic for the families, accentuated by it being utterly avoidable and the ages of the deceased.
