I find this whole thing very discriminatory, although I identify as male it is only 95% of me that does.
I have no toilet I can use, the women's khazis are clearly out of the question
The gents are 100% gender specific and far to macho.
The gender neutral don't know how to identify

We have several now at my business and while I have never paid enough attention to it, never really seen anyone going in or out of them. Probably been about a year since they've been added but does have the feeling of something done to add to the business brochure of how progressive they purport to be

You don’t have to be gender neutral.
The toilets were for both men and women to use but rather than call them ‘unisex’ they were called ‘gender neutral’ so you can perv away whilst still being a man

Exactly, people sometimes don’t understand the dynamics here.
Two urinals and a toilet in the men’s and two toilets in the ladies sees a larger throughput than four toilets that are shared.
