You've missed my point.
If there are 'male' and 'female' toilets, you use the one design for your genitals (given that science means you have either one, except in extremely rare cases).
If there's a unisex toilet, which means either gender can use it, then there's no issues.
There's absolutely no problem with changing genders if you want, being gay, straight, whatever, but you are ONE gender by virtue of nature, not both, not neither, not moving back and forth between the two as you please.

Nature made humans in two genders, male and female. Have all the surgery, meds and chemical alterations you choose to make you happy, but you will still be the gender you were born. We aren't clown fish of band snakes, we can't alter sex. No such thing as 'gender neutral' humans in nature.
