For any blues heading to Liverpool on Sunday:
STAND UP FOR THE CHAMPIONS !!!
Here is a picture of the Players Entrance at Anfield - this is where both teams arrive by coach. Like at The Etihad the away team goes straight into the ground and they exit the bus once inside the stadium.
There are reports about City taking a "secret" route to the stadium on sunday. It won't be that secret as there are only so many ways to get to this entrance - which is situated on the corner of the new main stand and the anfield road end
The coach will arrive on the corner just to the right of the City end.
Some City fans will be going along to welcome the City bus. You can do this at Wembley, you can do this at any away game if you really wanted to - so time to give our boys, THE CHAMPIONS a big welcome for this game.
If the Merseyseide Police can't protect our players maybe us the fans should take this upon ourselves.
The route was changed last time because of building work along the way - likely the City bus will this time avoid the King Harry Pub and won't approach the stadium from the end of Anfield Road where the Arkles is situated.
But there are only so many ways to the ground -likely the coach will approach from another side to the ground and we would encourage any Blues going to leave the pub early - most likely City fans would either be in the city centre or drinking round the Arkles at the top of Anfield Road - but then walk past our turnstiles and meet the bus on the corner near that players entrance.
There is a big festival going on in the city centre, traffic will be rammed and there's no point leaving it too late to get down to the ground - so come down early and swell the numbers.
If you have felt upset about what happened last time - leave the pub early and give the boys a welcome.
Likely City will arrive between 1 hr 30 and 1 hr 10 before kick off which means anytime from 3pm onwards. Once the City bus has gone in you can then head to the away end where the turnstiles will be opening and get a beer inside.
Let's show the players we're up for it. The players themselves will be well up for it.
Time to STAND UP for THE CHAMPIONS.
