TV Series

It’s laughable so far. Donuts with full custard creams on top? I wonder if it’s casting over business acumen now?

I had to laugh at that fancy pub being asked £5 per Donut! How much would they then have to charge to make it pay? £8/9. Who the fuck would pay that for a donut with a splodge of sauce on, with a cup of coffee beans in the middle! They would have told them to F off but ended up paying a lower amount. As if!

You've obviously not been to their recently opened branch in Shoreditch then, face on that yank was priceless when she was informed it's been open 10yrs. As for the donuts, the custard cream ones looked fucking awful, the B's/8's were ridiculous.
Wrong one sacked this week, would've been great to see him flip his lid a few more times.

Public Eye on Talking Pictures *smiley face*. Agree about Killing Eve at first, wasn't sure at first and a few reviews on IMDB said it went downhill, but personally I think it's got better. Looking forward to the second series of Tin Star.

can some of you guys help me out here, a lot are saying ozark is brilliant

but me and the wife watched the first episode and thought it was shite. what are we missing and why should we go back to it?

For me, don't boter.

I think what you and the MRS are doing is administering critical thinking to the show. If you want to toss your brain aside then watch it, it will be awesome.

But, the minute you start thinking about it, more questions arise.

I, too, thought it was shyte.

Fooking don't know I watch the second series(probably cos people raved about it on here!), but I'll not be watching a third!

TV serves many purpose, one of which is switching off from reality and being extremely entertained by fanciful, farfetched and often nonsensical,storylines........as such,i cant wait for the 3rd series of Ozark, brilliant show.

Anyone finished The Man In The High Castle season 3 yet, because ...

Hawthorne tells Smith that a traveller can only go to a parallel universe where that person has died in that universe. However, Tagomi went to another universe at the end of season 1, where he's the father-in-law of Julianna, and went to his house to meet them. Why did no-one freak out when they saw him if what Hawthorne said is true?

It's bugging me.

I asked the other day if anyone had watched Informer on BBC, despite no responses I gave it a go after realising Paddy Consadine is in it, have enjoyed it so far, 3 episodes in, as good, or bad, as Bodyguard imo, less far fetched for sure.

I'll keep my eye out for it mate. Cheers.

I think because in that parallel universe the father in law had gone missing (I can only presume he was dead, though the family were not aware of this). So Tagomi could both replace him (because he was dead) and assume his role as father in law in the family.
