Busby turning out for the Blues at Maine rd in front of that record 84k crowd against Stoke City in the Fa cup 6th rd March 1934....before going on to win the cup that year..
And Revie,the brains behind the deep lying Centre forward(sorry Pep,it was done decades ago pal)The 'Revie Plan' being utilized to great effect at Wembley during a later Fa cup final win.
MCFC.the club with so much history,modern day media has obviously forgot.

It wasn’t a rape charge, it was a very low level (bit of arse feeling iirc) sexual assault allegation, of which he was acquitted. Suffice it to say, there’s a huge difference.

Edit: having checked on-line it was a single charge of assault by penetration (so not very low level) but still much less serious than rape. Either way, horrendous thing to go through if you’ve not done it, whoever you are.
