I know what you mean, but really helicopters are used all the time, all over the place and you can't let one very visible tragedy change the reality of how they are used. If there is genuine evidence that they are a huge danger to people, then that's one thing, but I don't think there is. Air ambulances are flying around all the time and no one is worried about them crashing out of the sky and killing people.Well I meant on the ground, but true.
Swanning around stadia in helicopters should be stopped after this, imo.
Tbh, the people most in danger in a helicopter are the people who chose to ride in it. Compared to cars and the like, I really don't think helicopters are a significant hazard for the general public.
I think realistically they need to find the reason why this happened before they can consider what is the appropriate action to take.
