The Sun continues with it's bizare vendetta against Sterling. Apparantly he cheated rather than fell over after kicking the ground.

I don't get the outrage. It has never been the done thing in football to correct the officials, unlike some other sports.

It's the sun anyway so I dontd know why I expect better..

Carl Long the author of the Sun's back page.

I don't know who the fuck he is but he should never be allowed step foot in our ground again.

Despite it not being a pen, there were 2 dubious ones in the 2nd half not given. The silva one certainly looked a pen from where I was sitting.

Funny they don’t mention them ones.

I think we should now ban anyone connected with the SUN from anywhere near our club. They are beneath contempt. Clearly not a penalty but no dive and an apology afterwards. Hardly affected the result or yet another marvellous performance.

Should've done it years ago, and not just the sun. Fuck them all off. Getting sick of this shit.

Haha The Sun can fuck off.

Accusing us of 'No Class' and then crossing out one of our goals.

YCNMIU (well The Sun clearly do).

I couldn't afford to go tonight so I had to watch on BT sport 3. We had Richard Dunne and Steve McManatee as pundits. Dunny was a breath of fresh air, McManatee was complimentary through gritted fuckin' teeth! Boy does that Scouse **** begrudge us. His body language was a dead giveaway.

I'm going to send an email to BT sports tomorrow complaining about him being a pundit on our games.

I'd like Shaun Goater, Paul Lake Andy Hinchcliffe Mike Summerbee etc, proper ex City players I can respect the opinion of. Not some scouse charlatan who is only there for the dosh!

Guardian match report headline is a disgrace. Mentioned the controversial penalty even though it's just a footnote in a match we clearly dominated and scored five other legit goals not too mention other penalties not given.

Plus the headline for rags like they had brilliant comeback effort but in actual fact they were dominated by juve. If not for poor finishing by juve should have been thrashed but got lucky in the dying mins of the game when juve went too defensive and an lucky own goal.

Guardian is starting to let me down. Glad I stopped donating to them this year.

If we start banning anti City journalists from the press conferences we might find the room a little empty

Gave the guardian up decades ago.as far as Football is concerned, its just another rag infested waste of print.

There are 5 different City stories on the MailOnline with 4 about the penalty.

If only they’d been so interested in pen decisions when we’re at Anfield in Champs league.
