I still think jorginho, like a lot other big money signings at other clubs, would do better at City.
Especially against wesker teams that refuse to attack us (which woukd be about 2/3rds of our EPL and domestic cup games) him surrounded by any two out of Silva, Bernardo, Foden or KDB woukd be very effective.

Also a base pairing of him + Ferna would be monstrously effective against some pressing teams, much more so than him + kante
