There is no current question in politics for which the answer is David Davis.
I see he has a picture of his Brexit proposal behind Arlene Foster.

Who's that **** next to Arlene Foster? There is no current question in politics for which the answer is David Davis.
Churchill, we didn't get along with him very well.Churchill or Cromwell?
You've convinced me. McVey it is then.
Churchill, we didn't get along with him very well.
No, we don't want to bring Churchill back to life so that we can hang him. Maybe his dad.I was (vaguely) aware of that. Not as bad as Cromwell, I assume then.

I understand what's said but disagree. If she gets the 158 nothing will shift her. All the evidence to date shows she has Mourinho-like stickability and 100 against her would be seen as a "disaster" of the type she has survived before and she would see no earthly reason not to drive on stubbornly.
May will win the vote.
Its a suicide note for the party otherwise.
She has a Gallows humour going from her opening statement at PMQ'sAs much as I dislike May I will admit that I have a new found respect for he in how she is conducting herself today.
Obviously as PM you have to act in a certain way but if I was in her shoes today I would be using this platform to be telling them all to "go fuck themselves and stick your job up your arse".
Not quite sure it’s for any other reason than she’s tasted power, likes it, and doesn’t want to give it up - whatever she may tell herself and anyone else who cares to listen. As much as I dislike May I will admit that I have a new found respect for he in how she is conducting herself today.

Not saying that marks her out as anything other than normal tbf, but there’s little that’s public spirited or altruistic about her clinging onto power until the last possible moment, even after it stops being remotely enjoyable. Power like that is a tough habit to break. She’s addicted to it.
Some fucking strange headlines this morning seeing as "she can't possibly win".
Well, maybe one........There is no current question in politics for which the answer is David Davis.
I think some of it is stubbornness/pride at being the one who created the current parliamentary mess, and wanting to prove that she can do something.
I think some is to do with what/who the alternatives might be.
What I don't know is what she must think of the apparently unwanted deal she seems to have committed to. Strange.
