2 v 3 shots on target. We had 3. Not one clear opportunity for us I can remember.
Only because of greed by Aguero, Mahrez & Diaz.

Just ignore ignorant, self entitled posters, piss me right off, we have no right to win every game. Tonight was hard fought and we came through, we are experiencing great football and results but for most of us it’s not why we originally supported our Club.We didn't "look shit all match", we totally dominated for an hour, better finishing would have seen us well ahead.
We had 'opportunities' though, not necessarily shots on goal, the wrong pass, the wrong decision, they're still 'better finishing'.2 v 3 shots on target. We had 3. Not one clear opportunity for us I can remember.
A definite free kick not given, was outside the box though.

Did it not carry on into the box though? I thought it did at the time.
And without a replay to look at, it looked like another one in the first half in real time.
I like yer work mate :)
How could you not know?Get in.
Burton at home please.
True, I'd rather look at a number of positives, as I posted earlier.Just ignore ignorant, self entitled posters, piss me right off, we have no right to win every game. I think playing on for 2 minutes while VAR is questioned about a penalty (not a free kick) is the reason. If VAR is enacted then play should be stopped imho. How did he not give that as a foul mate?!
Spot on post, can’t fault any of your argument but the naysayers really do piss me off.True, I'd rather look at a number of positives, as I posted earlier.
When it went to penalties, I wasn't arsed if we went through, or out, but even the penalties were positive for me (apart from Raheem - but I don't even mind that, I doubt he'll do that again).
Muric made one good save in the game, it might not have gone in, but he didn't know, but for me his relaxed attitude on the ball was great, then to save 2 penalties, and close to a third, by not just diving, was a positive. Garcia looking comfortable in our back four was another huge positive, we don't play an easy game. Foden was great. Stones, comfortable out of position, even if a little safe. Zinchenko for all the flack he's getting, he isn't a full back, made one mistake which cost us, but otherwise I thought he did OK, and then had the balls to take a penalty, and nailed it, winning us the tie. KdB and Aguero back playing.
There were senior players out there tonight who really didn't perform, but we're through, and I'm more than happy about it.

He is though, by a long way.
Walker seems to be having a mental breakdown, but he's still miles miles miles better at defending than Zinchenko will ever be & has pace to cover others & height/physique to cover others as he did with Garcia on headers tonight.
Walker could do with a rest. Zinchenko could do with being replaced completely at fullback & if we don't think he will make it in midfield, sold.
It was a foul, but outside the box, might have carried on into the box possibly. It was referred to VAR for a penalty, but 2 minute later they're not going to give a free kick on the edge of the box, there'll be plenty worse given/not given.Just got back.
Should it have been a penalty with Jesus? Looked nailed on from where I was stood.
He did just get the slightest of touches. Sky commentators looked at it and were suggesting it was a pen but not clear and obvious error so VAR right not to overruleJust got back.

Brighton, Second Round of EFL in 08/09 season we lost 5:3. Jasper Schmeichel was in goal for us.
