Pep: "In little details we are better than last season, which is normal because we have more time together. Our process, our build-ups, our high pressing we can use different movements, we have more alternatives to defend into attack and we are more solid when we defend deeper."

"Winning cups or the Champions League that's six or seven games where you have to be good, but in the Premier League it can be every three days, which is why it's the title I like the most." [Sky Sports]

Had obviously decided that no matter what the match situation KDB was coming off after 70 mins. Our best midfielder, taken off in a must win game when half of the side should have come off before him based on ‘performance’. We have lost the plot ere.

Gundo at dm is dreadful, he's a coward won't put his body on the line. Danilo was better than Walker today but didn't matter because Delph was exposed in all fairness to him though it was never a red card. Our collective defending is atrocious Sane with a great lay off header for their second goal just like Bernos for Palaces. We know Pep demands a lot from the players including in intense training sessions and at this time of year you have to wonder whether it's too much. Maybe his training methods in Winter need to change a little the players look knackered to me.

Got it wrong today playing Gundogan and pulling Kev off.

Delph should never have seen the second half either.

Foden every single game from now on instead of players like Gundogan.

What is it going to take for him to give Foden a run of games? You are guaranteed 100% effort from him and that he will look to make things happen yet Pep is terrified of playing him. What the fuck game does he watch if he thinks Gundogan is playing well and deserves to get picked each week?

Probably the same game as plenty on here in the Gundogan thread, who wax lyrical about him for playing a 5 yard sideways pass.

Needs to start playing mind games and piling the pressure on Liverpool. Saying the title is theirs and so on.
