Retain title or win CL

Imo we arent good enough to win CL.

Those high pressure games around CL uarter finals, semis, finals, those high pressure situations we usualy fail. Like vs Monaco or Liverpool under Pep. Only time when we had a strong opponent and we didnt fail was vs PSG with Pellegrini where two draws got us trough to the semis.

Still that is our best CL result last 10 years, its better no to talk about how sheeps we were vs Real Madrid in the semis. But at least we were in the semis that season.

Strange but if Pep cannot take us to the CL semis this season than in 3 years Pelle did better in CL than him.
 
Unless Liverpool have a dip in form like we have it is over. The way they are playing right now they are unlikely to drop bugger all points. They have to break at some point all teams do, I'm surprised they are getting through this period keeping the form they have. Why are we struggling so much?
 
We are not good enough to win the CL. We don't play compact football so, we would need to be at our absolute best to win CL with our style.
 
win the league this year, never been done since that other team did it all those years ago. it stop sky bbc papers talking about it, but lets win a cup as well
 
I’m always league first at any cost... but...
Spurs pipping dippers in the final minutes of the season to be crowned PL champions us destroying Chelsea in the league cup and beating the Rags in the FA cup final. Then the following week beating the dippers in the CL final with our only shot on target which is scored by our 91st minute sub Phil Foden.

Poch stays at Spurs after finally winning something to try and build a legacy at his shiny new stadium by trying to tempt the worlds finest players with the packet of skips and Curley whirly bar that Levy has given him as transfer kitty. After a promising start the Rags offer Ole a decade long contract who immediately appoints Phil Neville as his assistant. Dippers win nowt so Klopp takes the Bayern job so Pool re-appoint Brendon Rogers who states in his opening presser that he believes next year is there year.


But if all of that isn’t on the table I want to retain the title.

How times have changed 15 years ago this would have been an avoid relegation or win league cup and get relegated thread
