You would love to think so, but its often times like these when I think we look weaker. Really need someone to step the fuck up and grab this game by the scruff on Sunday.

With the scousers coming up the fullback positions are a real problem think pep will go with walker and Laporte which is far from ideal but I wouldn’t want Salah and mane running at zinchenko and Danilo. I would play kdb as pivot against saints and start Jesus up front. Think we will beat saints but the title will be gone after the Liverpool game.

Why not fernandinho not fit and Gudongan is the best available to do the job and mahrez can't do any worse than sterling or sane from Leicester away

I hate to disappoint you but Gundogan is our only option if Ferna isn't fit and Sterling is out of form and probably needs a rest so there's a strong chance both will start.

I've actually kidnapped Gundo.

I suggested cash to City but they wouldn't even take my money.

If he were fit it certainly should be an option . He's solid enough at the worst of times and even if there was the odd mistake it would be in a deep midfield position with possibility to recover. Risky but cannot be any worse that Stones in that position ? Vincent does like to pass through the lines when in the central back position.
I'd say overall it's a risky choice but wth Fern possibly out for this one Vinny should be considered given the gravity of the current situation.
