She was presenting over Christmas so this must have been extremely sudden or a complication of treatment maybe... Such sad news

This a fucking horrible disease and I speak from the front line as SWMBO has it... sadly hers is not currently curable so if you ever wanted to donate to a charity then SU2C or Cancer Research are great causes..

I'm actually quite cynical about whether a cure will ever be allowed even if found... not sure the world and the population could stand it... I hope I'm wrong

It seems that whatever cancer she had was brutal and took her in no time, it's just truly awful.

Tonight's show is going to be really sad, a lot of tears.

Yeah those presenters found that tough to get through, especially the lady, she was struggling. Really sad to watch

I used to know someone working for one of the big pharmaceutical companies and he insinuated without obviously saying it that there's a cure (for just about anything) but its how its farmed out by governments and population management.

Less that a 5th of 1% would be added to the population per year if cancer had an across the board cure. It would make little difference to population numbers.

Yes it was. A genuinely tough watch. When the male presenter started to finish the female ones link because she was struggling but then she was determined to finish it. Very emotional.
