Southgate would be an idiot to leave his England job. He's about to get the most talented generation of English players in decades come through, one which has shown theyre the best in the world at evert age level, on top of half a dozen already great players on the current side and he's even got the press and public behind him. He's only a decent Euro 2020 away from a knighthood.
