Surely under the new rules that calls for a ban?

Maybe not as he didn't get an advantage but about time he was properly called out on it.

Slightly clearer view:

This is what is wrong with the current rules. The fact he didn’t gain an advantage does not change the fact he was cheating and thus he should be punished. I also think over exaggeration when winning a valid pen should be yellowed at the time or punished later if missed by the ref. You don’t have to fall over to be fouled in or out of the box but you do when cheating.

He just flopped onto his arse. The more he does this the more we should be pushing for Sergio Ramos to get some sort of honour - had he not properly dealt with this wilting Salad he probably would have cheated their way to a CL win.

The thing is and it's been forgotten amid all the grief and outrage from the dippers, is that Salah was actually the one who got hold of Ramos' arm in that incident and threw himself to the ground, all Ramos did was make sure he landed on top of the ****.

IF it had been given as a penalty , then yes .....but the refeere didn't fall for his cheating, so I think nothing will happen

But the dippers are the flavour of the month with the media , and nobody including the PL/PiGMOL representatives want to rock the boat regarding the media darlings and their assault on the PL title.

The cheating ( which it clearly is ) has been ignored due to the closeness of the dippers and ourselves , in the hope that the likes of Salah and his cheating will bring about the success to satisfy the dipper hoardes

This time the referee doesn't give him his penalty, but he doesn't book him, so he's lost nothing except self respect, which he clearly doesn't have much of. Then you get ones like the Newcastle one, where he blatantly dived, the ref falls for it and gives him the penalty, but the FA chose to overlook it. Again, no deterrent to stop cheating.

Just watched that Newcastle one again...made me feel sick. Like you’ve mentioned, nothing done afterwards by the FA. Right now, even if it’s the Rags (as much as it hurts to say it), someone needs to slow them done. These lot cannot win the title.

Salad is diving in EVERY game at the moment and everyone is turning a blind eye , because of the shirt he is wearing , alternatively Vardy has been hammered recently for his dive last weekend but he plays for Leicester , so he's fair game.

He used up all of his free passes in 2015/16
