Been charged and direct debited for multiple non-existent trips by these twats over the course of the last 3 weeks. Anyone have any idea of how to contact them to complain? They appear to provide no real online assistance to raise any such issues with them.....

Direct debit guarantee scheme mate. Phone your bank and they refund.

No, but I have elicited a ‘confession’ from one of my offspring. “Sorry dad, hadn’t got round to telling you”. Thankfully the little fecker told me just before I was about to message Uber to call them thieving cnuts!
