It makes you think that if more presenters took the time to get to know us as a club they would focus less on our money and more on the hypocrisy of others.I caught 20mins of him whilst I was in traffic the other day, he was bigging up Raheem saying how much he's improved, I take it he likes City but other than that I don't listen mate, I take it you listen and think he's ok.

Totally agree with this. There are millions of football fans in this country and in my experience only a minority of them are morons yet this is the audience Talksport chases. We are starved of intelligent football coverage in this country. Talksport has a market share of less than 2pc of all Radio listeners (not just sports fans) which means it is performing terribly despite its grandiose claims. BBC Radio Five Live is also struggling with its latest figures well down. This suggests that football fans are just switching off in droves.I love football, I love listening to football chat, I have a lot of free time to listen to football chat whether that be in my car or at work, I should love a radio station dedicated 90% to football - but here's the thing - I can't stand TalkSport. They're missing out on tens of thousands of listeners by trying to be 'The Sun' of British broadcasting instead being a more informative, less aggressive station.
It's like choosing to go into the tap room of the pub knowing that the annoying bloke that tries to argue with everyone is in there.
